2010 Update

Hey, I just noticed we haven't updated anything for 2010 yet. What's been going on? Well we recorded drums for our new cd during January and everything seemed to be going smooth. It appeared we ran out of time to get guitars done in the designated times we had arranged, so our schedule had been pushed back. Of course we don't want to rush this thing, but we're still trying to get it done.

A lot has been going on outside of the band for us which is why the cd is taking longer to finish than expected. But we're going to be getting back on top of it soon and make sure it kicks arse.

More updates soon.
Peace

Mind of the producer...

Hey everyone,

I thought as the producer of the upcoming material I should share a few thoughts with you all.

Well, after 12 months of writing we have 11 songs we're puting down on the next release. Im pumped and excited as hell to get the recording going and so happy to announce Isaac Gibson from The Cold Front is lending his time and talent to the percussive role to the recording. Rehearsals start together next week and recording starts after the new year in January. It's all happening at the moment and i'm so happy with the way the new songs have turned out. Dylan has suprised the shit out of me with some amazing vocal work and got me buzzing to show you guys. It'll be something different, but hopefully a change of wind in the stale storm of metalcore will be well received.

Anyway, once new recordings are done and dusted we're planning to do alot of shows again and get up off the ground, so we might be seeing you all very soon. Have a safe and happy holidays guys and keep watch for more news.

Google-ing

The internet is a crazy thing. I was bored so I googled for "Inhale The Sea" and found some old pics of us when Dyl was still playing bass and Jase was singing, and I think Jay is playing drums.

We should be writing/finishing more songs this weekend. A lot of vocal work to be done but it's all fun.

What the fuck have we been doing?

The last show we played was on September 8th which happened to be Dyl's first show with us as vocalist. We were able to get Jono from Falling for Beloved to fill in on bass for us. Since then all we have done is now set our goals on releasing another CD by 2010.

Over the course of 2009 we slowly start piecing together a few new songs that we managed to do rough demo's to, but since we deciding that we aren't going to do any except write, we've been able to finish quite an decent amount of songs that we are pretty stoked on. We so far have 9 demo's plus 2 or 3 unfinished tracks that we will finish and demo within the coming weeks. The songs so far have developed so much since the last CD.

I finally have been able to fix up our website so we can post blogs and it's easier to keep things up to date. So this is where we will be doing most of our updating. Be sure to keep and eye on this.
